Laura McAdam was upset last night after she revealed that before entering the house, she found out her boyfriend Alex was cheating on her. John-James Parton and Josie Gibson finally shared a kiss under the bed sheets and Josie was quick to brag about it to Corin Forshaw. The save and replace task took place with Steve Gill, Dave Vaughan, Ben Duncan and John-James Parton all dressing up as wedding brides. They each had five chances to throw a bouquet of flowers over their shoulders to a chosen groom. The person to catch the most bouquets would save their bride from eviction. After a sudden death round, Steve was saved by Corin and he put Andrew Edmonds up for eviction in his place. The Official Big Brother Website caused scandel today after posting a photo gallery of housemates and their celebrity look-alikes. Their were matches like John-James as David Beckham and Ben as Gordon Ramsey but Govan Hind's match caused controversy. They chose east coast rapper, Jay-Z who looks nothing like Govan except for the fact that he is black. Govan was deeply offended and accused Big Brother of only dealing with stereotypes. Ben Day took place as the Tree of Temptation set a 24 hour task to all housemates apart from Ben Duncan on Friday night. They had to dress up in wigs and tie jumpers round their necks to make themselves look like Ben. The day ended with a Soiree With Benjamin Duncan where Ben told stories of his life and times and played the piano while Corin Forshaw sung the theme to Gold Finger... badly. The Attack of the Clones ended with Ben getting his suitcase back after a month without most of his clothes. Sunday was Big Brother's birthday with it being ten years since Big Brother first aired on Channel 4. Housemates took part in another candle in the wind task where they had to run a relay race using candles instead of battons. They would pass the flame to each other's candles for each lap. The winning team of John-James Parton, Corin Forshaw and Mario Mugan won themselves special gifts. JJ wasn't too impressed with a toy truck for his gift while Mario got a shower sponge and Corin got a cuddly toy dog. There was a massive food fight with the Birthday Party food which Steve Gill did not seem too impressed by. The JJJ saga continues as Josie Gibson finally admitted to John-James Parton that she has strong feelings for him. It has turned out her ankle is fractured and requires surgery. Producers are unsure whether Keeley will return to the house but I'm sure we all wish her the best of luck and a speedy recovery. Andrew Stone has entered the house as a guest living there for the week. Today he took the housemates through dance moves and singing auditions for this weeks shopping task. The house has been transformed into BB High and the housemates must record a music video of Don't Stop Believing by Journey. The lead male, Steve Gill and lead female, Rachel Ifon must perform a duet together on the live show on Friday to the crowd outside the house. The music will be posted on the Official Big Brother Website and must receive at least 100000 views for the housemates to win their shopping budget this week. This week is quickly becoming known as the Week of Fail as yet more failures emerged. Not only has Caoimhe Guilfoyle left and Keeley Johnson Broken her ankle after a poorly risk assessed save and replace that was canceled. But now, a surprise live show that we expected to see Davina McCall hosting was canceled after Davina was stranded in France due to strikes by air traffic controllers. The panto horse task continued as John-James Parton and JJ Bird won the show jumping trials and became the Big Brother Panto horse of the year but in a massive twist, they were sent to Sandown Park Race Course to take part in the Mayor's Race. An annual race to find the fastest Pantomine Horse. JJ Lightning came third and won £300 for the shopping budget while the remaining house mates, dressed as jockies, whipped tokens down from a washing line to get food, music and alcohol for the end of task party that night. Sam Pepper was on a coffee high as he went prank crazy in the house, stealing and hiding Corin Farshaw's tobbaco and planting chilli in the toothpaste. A game of eye spy took place with a diary room filled with random items all belonging to the same letter. The quickest housemates to find guess the item Big Brother was spying were awarded a party. These were Andrew Edmonds and Sam Pepper who invited John-James Parton, JJ Bird, Jo Butler and Dave Vaughan to party with them. Later Sam Pepper and Josie Gibson over heard John-James bitching about them and were not happy with Sam bursting into tears in a display, completely out of character with his normal mischievous self. She repeated words that the housemates had said about each other. When a housemate thought the Davina McCaw had said their words, they had to put a coin into Bob Righter. The phrases often centered around John-James Parton and Josie Gibson's slow moving love affair and caused controversy when Ife Kuku's phrase was repeated, making fun on JJ about the time he was crying in the diary room. She also got in trouble earlier when she mistakingly thought Keeley Johnson's phrase was her own and tried to claim a prise from Bob Righter meaning Keeley won nothing. Corin Forshaw, Ife KuKu and Mario Mugan were all up for eviction and the public vote selected Ife Kuku to be the fifth housemate to leave the house. Fun fact, Davina's words were "I can now reveal in no particular order that the fifth housemate to leave the big brother house is Ife." That doesn't even make sense XD Live on the eviction show we were shown the latest twist from the Tree of Temptation. Ben Duncan had been called to the diary room for a meal of foie gras and fine wine. While he was in there, all remaining housemates were called to the bathroom where the Tree of Temptation told them that they would all be dressing up in wigs and jumpers to look like Ben and would have to speak in posh accents. Rachel Ifon made a spicy, cheesy omelets for breakfast which nobody enjoyed. Keeley Johnson looked set to win the task with her curry lunch but her arrogance showed as she declared herself the winner before Andrew Edmonds had even had a chance to take part. The housemates were not pleased with this anti teamwork attitude especially when they discovered she'd left non-compatible ingredients for Andrew to cook the dinner with. They decided to plot against Keeley. Andrew Edmonds won the task after every housemate but Keeley marked him 10 out of 10 for his disaster of a meal. The Glee Music Video was filmed for the BB High task where all the housemates performed in Journey's classic, Don't Stop Believing. It's went up on the official Big Brother site at 11AM where the servers immediatly crashed from the intense number of people trying to watch the video. From millions of hits, the video received over 120000 views meaning the housemates had won their first part of the shopping task, but would they pass the next part? Andrew Edmonds and Corin Forshaw discovered that they would be performing live on Channel 4 outside the house to thousands of people in the crowd outside. They were singing the song from Dirty Dancing, Time Of My Life. It was grotesque to watch and painful to hear with them continuelly forgetting their lines but the entertainment value was high so the crowd loved them, meaning they had passed the task and won a luxury shopping budget. They'd be needing that extra food as they were presented with six potential new housemates and they were put on the spot to choose three. Out of John-Joe Bird (JJ), Jo Butler, Joel, Laura McAdam, Megan and Sam, they chose to pick JJ, Jo and Laura, though Josie Gibson didn't seem happy with the last choice, perhaps she's not happy with a pretty young blonde in the house. The Task cotinued further as a new housemate to replace walker, Laura McAdam, entered the house. Sam Pepper entered wearing a T-Shirt with the words "Ignore Me" written on it and a hat with a large arrow on top pointing at him saying "New Housemate." A few minutes later, the garden opened up to reveal twin pop sensations, Jedward performing live to the housemates. They caused havic and set off the fire alarm but ofcourse the housemates could not react. Today Caoimhe (Keeva) Guilfoyle quit the house being the second housemate to walk and defy your votes of support from the 2nd of July when Sunshine Martyn was evicted. With her and Shabby Katchadourian walking out, should Sunshine be let back in? Caoimhe had been put up for eviction but she left before nominations were announced. A recount of nominations had to be done but first Keeley Johnson was punished for saying that she wouldn't nominate Steve Gill so her nominations were made void. The new nominations were for Keeley Johnson, Rachel Ifon and Corin Forshaw. The save and replace task was to dress up as spiders and run on a half pint to try and reach the top but this proved dangerous as Keeley fell and badly sprained her ankle. The task was canceled leaving all three nominees up for eviction with nobody saved. Interestingly, Corin Forshaw didn't stop to help Keeley when she fell and was crying in pain. The Big Brother Show for people who don't watch Big Brother. I summarise lots of news that I missed and then cover Backwards Day, the day when everything is backwards. The housemates woke up to party music and had to complete a task in reverse order. Mario Mugan quickly realised what was going on when big brother said to the house "Brother Big Is This" and spotted that the clock was running backwards. Later the housemates did the task in the correct order and won a luxury food budget of £500 but it was lost when Big Brother said most of the housemates had been discussing nominations and so would be punished. They'll be on basic food rations for the next week. Steve Gill was not impressed and went military style on them all, saying that they had to obey the rules. But not everybody seemed impressed, Shabby Katchadourian especially. Mario has said that we won't see so much of his nice side anymore after being put up for eviction, what do you think we'll see of Mario Mugan's nasty side? I also cover a bit of news that I missed in these past few days, including Caeoimhe Guilfoyle being punished for Shabby's talking about the Tree of Temptation. She was locked in a room and made to listen to a conversation between Ben Duncan and Shabby for nearly three hours. |

They took place in a western Save and Replace task where they dressed up as cowboys and used paintball guns in a high noon dual. Caoimhe won the task and put Mario up in her place. Mario accused her of only doing so to please Shabby Katchadourian. Steve Gill has been flirting with Keeley Johnson refering to himself as The Baron and her, The Baroness.
